Languages change your life

Welcome to the inlingua placement test

The inlingua online placement test is free of charge and without obligation. It will place you in the levels from A1 to C2. The levels correspond with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

About this test:

  • This test adapts step by step to your language level.
  • The further you go, the more difficult it becomes.
  • When you reach the point which corresponds to your current language level, a provisional placement level will appear on your screen.
  • Required time: about 15-30 minutes.

At the end of this test you will receive a provisional placement within the levels A1 to C2. These correspond to the Framework of Reference for Languages published by the Council of Europe.
